Myles Mazzanti

Founder/President

With a passion for helping those wanting to repair their lives from substance use disorder, mental health struggles and the criminal justice system,  Myles founded Skyline Recovery.  His goal is to create a safe and supportive environment to help individuals achieve success in their life journey and overcome the challenges that they face.

Myles also spends time as volunteer mentor to  men at the Allegheny County Jail through the organization, The Foundation of Hope. 

In addition to his philanthropic roles, Myles is a real estate agent, developer, and has started multiple successful businesses during his professional career. He recently accepted his Associate Brokers License and supports individuals and businesses reach their investment, living, and real estate goals. 

Anthony Lupinacci

Vice President / Board Chairman

Anthony is a South Hills native and the owner of The Home Pros Pittsburgh home inspection services. In addition to being a contractor,
Anthony holds many certifications in fields related to residential inspection services. He is known for his exceptional kindness, knowledge and attention to detail when helping people navigate the home owning process.

Anthony has started several successful businesses that incorporate hiring those in recovery to help regain the life they had before addiction.

Combining his professional career with his board chair position, Anthony believes everyone deserves a safe, supportive environment where one can grow and thrive, regardless of their resources.

Board of Directors

Jeffrey D. Woodard, MBA, MSCJ

Jeffrey has served as an Assistant to the Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor’s Office, an adjunct professor at Robert Morris University and the Community College of Allegheny County. He has served on the City of Pittsburgh’s Aquatics Commission, a fact-finder for the City of Pittsburgh’s Commission on Human Relations, and has worked for Reed-Smith, LLP, and numerous other local companies. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Young Preservation Association. He completed his undergraduate studies at Westmoreland County Community College, the University of Pittsburgh, and Carlow University, and graduate work at Point Park University where he earned a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Science in the Administration of Criminal Justice. He also attended the California University of Pennsylvania where he received his certificate of training in “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey.

Steve Crary, MBA

Steve Crary is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh and received his MBA from Colorado Christian University. He currently works as the Executive Director at Off the Floor Pittsburgh, a local furniture bank that is located on the North Side. Prior to his role, he worked at Highmark and Calgon Carbon where he ran projects and led teams inside the Audit, Commercialization, Operations, and Research departments. Steve is passionate about helping others and started Brand You School to change lives through personal branding. He is married and a proud father of two kids, which keeps him young at heart.

James F. Bulls

James F. Bulls has played a vital role in the success and sustaining of the Low-Income Housing
Programs and communities in the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County for over 36 years.
James began his career in the Housing Field as a Management trainee with the Housing
Authority City of Pittsburgh shortly after graduating from Lincoln University with a Degree in
Business Management. Since graduating and entering the field he has climbed the ladder from
Management Trainee to Assistant Manger to Property Manager to Director of Intake to being the
Director of Housing/Management Operations with Allegheny County Housing Authority. Under
his leadership the Allegheny County Housing Authority Low Income Housing Program has been
recognized (by the State of PA and Nationally) as a high performer in all areas such as Quality
Housing, Efficiency, Compliance, and Innovation which includes the implementation of Smoke-
Free sites throughout Allegheny County Low-Income Housing Communities. Therefore, the
strong leadership of James Bulls has attributed to the security and stability of the continuous
efforts of our city to provide safe and healthy environments for our most vulnerable to families.

Mr. Bulls is currently employed by Mazzanti Insurance and Real Estate Services as Lead
Property Manager. James is the Trustee President at Destiny of Faith Church of Pittsburgh, a
member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, a Basketball official with the Pittsburgh Urban Official
Association and a committed husband and father of 3 children. He is a consistent professional
and positive force in the Housing Industry.
